Spears, Stephanie

Dr. Stephanie M. Spears is a third-generation member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., initiated through Eta Kappa Chapter at Spelman College on February 25, 1994; she was #13 (“SweetFeet”) on the line. With 30+ years of continuous service, she serves as Parliamentarian and Policies & Procedures Chair for North Central Texas Alumnae and previously served as 1st Vice President, Membership Chair, Internal Audit Chair, LEADS mentor, and on the Minerva Circle.

Professionally, she is Executive Vice President of Bid Operations at JVCKENWOOD E.F. Johnson Technologies, Inc. and a Certified Proposal Professional, holding a DBA (Walden) and MBA/MA (DePaul). She has attended 10 Regional Conferences and 13 National Conventions. A cherished moment of Soror Spears' was delivering the eulogy at her grandmother's, Nona G. Ross (former Midwest regional director), Omega Omega.
