On May 11, 2024, North Central Texas Alumnae Chapter recognized one of their own as Soror of the Year.

This award recognizes the soror who is the epitome of a Delta Sigma Theta woman. She supports the sorority's programs not only financially, but through her time and never-ending sense of dedication.
