Payne, Candice

Hello. My name is Candice Payne, and I am proud and honored to be one of the charter members of the North Central Texas Alumnae Chapter. Over the past decade since the chapter’s inception, I have served on numerous committees as well as chaired the Internal Audit committee.

I was initiated into the Iota Eta chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. at Texas Christian University in the Spring of 1999. My line received the name, 5 Spiritual Gifts, and as the #2 on the line, my line name was Discernment.

Professionally, I have returned to my alma mater, TCU, to continue my career, and I currently serve as the Associate Vice Chancellor of Budget and Financial Planning where I lead the team that manages the university’s operating budget, financial modeling, and forecasting.
