Leaper, Rebecca

Hello! My name is Rebecca Leaper. I am currently serving my second term as the Risk Management Coordinator.

I attended Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. I also was initiated into the Alpha Tau Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in the fall of 1979.

I am the Founder and Principal of The Link Compliance Group, LLC where I am currently employed. I provide a Professional Services Consultancy for quality management and regulatory compliance advisory to corporate clients operating in biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, and aerospace industries. I utilize proven techniques in business development, marketing, technical service support, risk management and problem solving to ensure continuing business.

I am married to Leon Leaper Jr. (45 yrs. on Christmas Eve in 2025), and we have two children; Jared (38) and Teryn (35). I enjoy family and friends, singing/composing contemporary gospel music, playing piano and reading.

Fun Fact: I have travelled to 21 countries during my career and lived in 5 states. It's been quite a journey, and I am enjoying the ride!
