Anderson, Nikeya

I was initiated into the Sisterhood on November 18, 1994, through the Eta Lambda Chapter on the campus of Texas Tech University. We were The Melody of Flavors. I am fourth on the line, proudly known as Chocolate Temptation.

I have served Delta with intention and consistency, beginning as NCTA’s Charter and First President from 2014–2018. I later served as Treasurer and Chair of Budget and Finance from 2018–2022, and most recently as Historian and Chair of Heritage and Archives.

By day, I work as a Strategic Decision Support Analyst; by night, I serve as an Adjunct Human Resources Management Instructor. I’m also a Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-CP). In addition, I’m an active Toastmaster with the Texas Talkers Club, where I’ve served as Club President, Conference Hospitality Chair, and, more recently, Leadership Institute Trainer and Contest Chief Judge.
